Dropped cigarette ignites man in wheelchair. The ground is also not an ashtray, I remember a few major fires in Colorado ultimately being pinned to some butt-heads littering their butts on the ground. Cigarettes are a major nuisance.

Not sure I see the correlation here. How is someone accidentally dropping a cigarett on themselves the same as someone intentionally ditching one?

I just wanted to point out that cigarettes annoy me; not trying to make any correlation. Thanks for commenting.
